Physical Therapy for The Fountains of Millbrook

M.O.S.T. provides physical therapy services at The Fountains of Millbrook.  The Fountains is an independent senior living community and an assisted living community.  The advantage of providing therapy in this community is that the individual seeking treatment does not need to leave his or her home.  A licensed physical therapist and a PT aide are at The Fountains three days a week.  Here, a variety of neurological and orthopedic diagnoses are evaluated, treated, and cared for.
