School Based Pediatrics

MOST Physical Therapy is looking for a Physical Therapist for 18-20 hours in the Pine Plains school district.  The therapist will work closely with the special education department including the school Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, and Speech and Language Pathologist. Outpatient Ortho

Paid Positions

MOST offers employment opportunities for a variety of physical therapy jobs, including:

  • Technicians: You will receive on-the-job training to help get patients ready for treatment, cleaning our office and making sure all the clients are safe and happy.
  • Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA): Licensed professionals perform physical therapy treatment and work closely with physical therapists with the goal of helping patients complete their program.
  • Physical Therapist (PT or DPT): Doctors of Physical Therapy are responsible for examining patients, developing a therapy program and carrying out that therapy program with the assistance of PTAs.

Student Jobs

MOST has programs available for high school and college students interested in learning more about the field of physical therapy. These programs include:

  • High School Volunteer Program: Students from local high schools are given the opportunity to shadow one of our PTs or PTAs to learn more about professions related to physical therapy. This is an unpaid position.
  • College Student Volunteer Program: Students gain valuable experience and accumulate work hours required for admission into a physical therapy graduate school program. This is an unpaid position.
  • Physical Therapy Graduate Student Program: Students seeking their degree to become a physical therapist are put on a clinical rotation to complete requirements for their program. This is part of our university affiliations and students tuition costs pay for the experience with MOST.
